Medicine Buddha Premium Tibetan Rope Incense from Nepal. Approximately 30 ropes per box with 1 Lotus holder. Average rope is a little over 3-1/2” in length.
This incense is very light in scent and earthy; not at all overpowering, nor perfumey. Perfect for meditation or just a light scent to release energies from a room.
Its special manner of preparation is one of the most ancient traditional arts of the monastic order of Tibet.
Burn rope incense by twisting one end into the holder, then lighting the opposite (long) end. Once the flame burns nicely, blow out gently and enjoy the scented smoke. It can also be burned once lit lying in a heatproof dish, or on some sand in a heatproof dish.
Incense has always played an important role in Nepalese and Tibetan culture. It is used to purify the environment and to aid relaxation and meditation.
Do not leave candles, oil burners, charcoal disks or incense burning unattended. Always keep in a safe place away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Use a fire safe dish or plate to set candles and burners on.
